Postsecondary Opportunities

Two Roads offers students the unique opportunity of Concurrent Enrollment, allowing them to earn college credits while still in high school.

Concurrent Enrollment at Two Roads Charter School

Concurrent enrollment allows high school students to enroll in college courses while still completing their high school education. This program enables students to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously, providing them with a head start on their college education.

Program Details

Two Roads proudly collaborates with Red Rocks Community College and Front Range Community College to offer students a unique opportunity through the Concurrent Enrollment (CE) program. This program allows students to simultaneously earn high school and college credits, fostering a seamless transition into higher education. To initiate the process, students take the Accuplacer exam at the college, paving the way for them to attend certain classes at the college and others at Two Roads. Remarkably, some students have achieved the extraordinary feat of earning their high school diploma and associate's degree concurrently, a testament to the program's effectiveness.

One of the most advantageous aspects of the CE program at Two Roads is the financial support provided. Tuition for qualifying coursework is covered by Two Roads, significantly alleviating the financial burden for participating students. The responsibility of students is limited to fees and textbook costs, with additional support offered in the form of a $250 stipend for full-time college attendance. This stipend is designed to assist students in offsetting expenses related to fees and textbooks, reinforcing our commitment to making higher education accessible.
