Step 1: Update Student and Family Information

Step 2: Two Roads Family Handbook & Acknowledgement

• Click the link to the right to read the Two Roads Family Handbook, and complete the Acknowledgement form.

Step 3: Family Economic Data Survey

• Complete and return the Family Economic Data Survey. If you prefer NOT to share your personal financial information, please print your name on the form and write DECLINE across the paperwork.
• If you qualify for free or reduced fees, you must complete and renew this form every year. You must use the Economic Survey form that we provide.
• Do NOT use the forms provided by Jeffco or Jeffco Cafe. Two Roads does not have access to the information submitted to the district. 

Step 4: Volunteer Opportunities

• Each family is required to volunteer each year.
• Donations of time, gift cards, or cash are accepted.
• Click the link to the right to sign up.
• New opportunities are added throughout the year, and are communicated in the weekly newsletter.
